About the Bakelite Women’s Network

The Bakelite Women’s Network (BWN), founded in 2023, is an associate-led community dedicated to attracting and retaining strong female talent, across the organization. Open to all associates globally, BWN fosters connection, professional growth, and inclusion through monthly events and networking opportunities. With more than 500 participants, the network strengthens Bakelite’s culture by building meaningful relationships, enhancing engagement, and empowering women to succeed and make an impact at every stage of their careers.
