ISERLOHN – August 17, 2023 – Bakelite Synthetics continues to make investments in our communities and proudly welcomes four aspiring individuals who started their chemical technician training at the Letmathe facility on August 7. Maxim Koop, Lukas Lück, Aimé Junior Lipoko, and Soner Burhan Ilhan will participate in an intensive, three-and-a-half-year program to become skilled chemical technicians.
The chemical technician apprenticeship at Bakelite Synthetics offers trainees the opportunity to deepen their passion for chemistry and technology and become an important part of the organization. As a leader in the chemicals industry, Bakelite Synthetics is proud to accompany and shape these young people on their way and provide them with an excellent education.
Each of the trainees will receive comprehensive training across various facets of chemical production. This includes, among other things, the manufacturing and processing of chemical products, the monitoring of production processes, and complying with safety and environmental standards.
