Acme Holds Winter Gear Donation

Thanks to our Acme site for donating much needed items to the local community!

As the weather gets colder in the Northern Hemisphere, Bakelite’s Acme site is giving back to the local community.

Associates at the site are collecting and donating winter gear to families in need in western North Carolina, who were affected by the recent Hurricane Helene. Acme collected more than 70 winter gear items, including coats, blankets, sweaters, sweatpants, sweatshirts, heavy jackets and children’s items. All items were given directly to those in need. The drive is ongoing.

Thank you to our Acme colleagues for participating in this important community initiative!
